I currently coordinate Little Sleepiesβ organic social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn during a time of rapid brand growth and expansion. My work spans content strategy, content creation, influencer partnerships, and community engagement β pinpointing impactful UGC, authentic creator collaborations, and impactful launch content.
Iβve played a key role in supporting major campaigns, product launches, and licensed partnerships (Disney, BBC Studios, Warner Bros.), while driving consistent growth in engagement, and improving customer acquisition. I also partner closely with creative, community engagement, and operations teams to align on messaging, distribute product to influencer partners, and continuously evolve our content strategy based on performance data and trends.
Strategized and implemented marketing plans across all Organic Social channels and platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, and VIP Facebook group consisting of 500K members
Produced 60+ posts/month, including impactful UGC, and ongoing brand-aligned content
Supported 4 monthly product launches across Instagram, Facebook, and 500K member VIP group
Led the development and distribution of over 25 monthly content briefs
Owned the internal UGC process and delivered weekly UGC content to all internal channels, including Paid Marketing, Web, and Retention Marketing
Worked collaboratively across departments on content ideation, content scheduling, content briefs, and internal digital asset maintenance
